AMLHUB events and how users can be notified

The AMLHUB system automatically identifies transaction/deal events that may require the user to be notified immediately. These events include:

  • A new Transaction is created

  • A Transaction is handed over by an agent

  • A Transaction is marked as "Ready to Verify"

  • A Transaction has been verified

  • An individual has completed remote biometric verification (EIV)

Subscribing to Notifications

User accounts can be subscribed by their administrator to these events within AMLHUB. To access subscriptions, select the Management / User Management option at the bottom of the main menu:

Once in the user list, select the "subscriptions" button (envelope icon):

Finally here, select the appropriate subscriptions for the user:

Once a subscription is activated, notifications will be triggered for all deals or individuals the user has access to.

Access levels typically include:

  • Frontline Agents: transactions created by the agent or ones the agent has been specifically added to.

  • Admins: Notifications will cover all transactions within their branch.

For example, activating the "Deal Verified" subscription for a sales agent will not notify them of verifications of deals they cannot access. Same subscription for a branch administrator will result in notifications for every deal verification in their branch.
