Microsoft Authenticator Prompt Not Appearing
Make sure the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed on your phone and linked to your work account.
Open the app manually — sometimes the notification doesn’t pop up automatically.
Check that push notifications are enabled for the Authenticator app.
Number Matching Not Working
Double-check that you are entering the number displayed on the AMLHUB login page into your Authenticator app.
If you enter the wrong number, retry by refreshing the login page.
Google Login Issues
Ensure you are signing in with your work email address, not a personal Gmail account.
If you don’t see the “Yes, it’s me” prompt, check the Gmail app or your Google account settings to confirm 2FA is enabled.
Still Can’t Log In?
Clear your browser cache or try logging in from a different browser/device.
Ask your organisation’s IT support team to verify that your account is set up correctly and that SSO is enabled for AMLHUB.
