Troubleshooting: Login Issues with SSO (Microsoft & Google)

Microsoft Authenticator Prompt Not Appearing

  • Make sure the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed on your phone and linked to your work account.

  • Open the app manually — sometimes the notification doesn’t pop up automatically.

  • Check that push notifications are enabled for the Authenticator app.

Number Matching Not Working

  • Double-check that you are entering the number displayed on the AMLHUB login page into your Authenticator app.

  • If you enter the wrong number, retry by refreshing the login page.

Google Login Issues

  • Ensure you are signing in with your work email address, not a personal Gmail account.

  • If you don’t see the “Yes, it’s me” prompt, check the Gmail app or your Google account settings to confirm 2FA is enabled.

Still Can’t Log In?

  • Clear your browser cache or try logging in from a different browser/device.

  • Ask your organisation’s IT support team to verify that your account is set up correctly and that SSO is enabled for AMLHUB.
