Audience: AMLHUB ID Mobile App Users
If you see the error message “Unable to sign in, please contact your branch administrator for assistance,” this usually means your AMLHUB ID access has not been fully enabled for your Branch.
Steps to Confirm
Ask your organisation’s AMLHUB administrator to verify that:
The AMLHUB ID app has been enabled for your organisation.
Your email address is correctly registered as a user in AMLHUB.
Next Steps if Not Enabled
If AMLHUB ID App is not enabled:
Your administrator must request AMLHUB ID activation.
