AMLHUB Single Sign-On (SSO) requires an organisation-registered work email address for successful logins. If your organisation has updated your email address, your AMLHUB access will need to be updated as well.

What to Do if Your Organisation's Email Has Changed

  • Contact your AMLHUB administrator within your organisation.

  • Ask them to update your user profile in AMLHUB with your new work email address.

  • Once updated, log in again using Microsoft or Google SSO with your new work email.

Important Notes

  • Personal or generic email addresses (e.g. *@gmail.com, *@xtra.co.nz) cannot be used with SSO.

  • If you continue to experience issues, contact support@amlhub.co.nz to contact our support team.
