If a branch is not visible after logging in to AMLHUB ID, this usually indicates an access issue.
Steps to Resolve
Confirm that you are logged in with the correct organisation email address.
βCheck with your AMLHUB administrator to ensure your account has been assigned to the correct branch.
βIf access has not been granted, request your AMLHUB administrator to
Add the required branch to your account using the correct organisation email address.
Once your administrator has updated your access, the branch will appear in your AMLHUB dashboard.
