Audience: AMLHUB ID Mobile App Users
If you work across multiple branches, you may need to switch the branch you’re logged into before creating a transaction. The AMLHUB ID app makes this quick and simple — you can change branches directly from the transaction screen without logging out or restarting the app.
Follow the steps below to switch to the correct branch before continuing with your work.
Log in to the AMLHUB ID app.
On the homepage, tap the + icon (bottom-right) to create a new transaction.
In the Branch field, check the currently selected branch.
Tap the branch name to open the list of branches you belong to.
Select the branch you want to switch to.
The app will update to that branch, and you can continue entering the transaction.
