Exploring the New Training Module

AMLHUB has launched a refreshed training module allowing you to allocated and track training faster.

From 30th October, all AMLHUB clients will receive access to the new training module in the platform. This module is designed to make it easier to allocate training to staff roles, and track who has completed it or where completion is pending.

a. When will the new training module be available?

From 30th October 2025 to all AMLHUB clients.

b. Who can allocate training?

Only AMLCOs can allocate training to users.

c. Can I add in my own training videos?

You will need to contact us if you wish to add your own training videos to your training module. Contact us at support@amlhub.co.nz

d. Can training be allocated to a single user rather than a group?

No - training can only be allocated to AMLHUB roles, e.g. all AMLCOS, all AMLSOs...etc.

e. Can I export a report of the names of users who have completed the courses?

This feature will be available shortly.

f. If you have completed face-to-face training, can this be recorded in the training module?

You will need to use the old training module to record training that was completed outside of the AMLHUB.

g. Where will the 'old' training register be, for training currently in progress?

The 'old' training register will remain in your AMLHUB to assist with record-keeping and tracking of external training initiatives.

h. Does this training module replace an LMS?

i. Will users across multiple branches/offices receive multiple training allocations?

No - users will only be allocated one set of training, i.e. if a user is across 10 branches, they will only receive the training allocation once.
