If you are having trouble logging into your AMLHUB account, you can reset your password quickly and easily, yourself. Note that password reset is only available via the AMLHUB desktop site, not the mobile app.
On your computer, visit https://app.amlhub.co.nz
Click on Forgot your password?
Enter the email address with which your AMLHUB account is associated
You will receive a password reset email in your inbox
Click on the link in the email and enter in a new password
Return to https://app.amlhub.co.nz and login with your new password
