When downloading the AMLHUB ID app from either the App Store or Google Play Store, you'll need to make sure your device's operating system can support it.

For Apple

Any iPhone or iPad with iOS 15 software or higher is able to download the AMLHUB ID app. You can check your version of iOS in the Settings app, under General --> About.

For Android

Any smartphone or tablet with Android 10 and up is able to download the AMLHUB app. You can check your version of Android OS in the Settings app --> About Phone --> Software Information.
