Troubleshooting: AMLHUB ID App Crashes or Freezes

Steps to fix issues when the AMLHUB ID app crashes, freezes, or stops responding on your device.

Audience: AMLHUB ID Mobile App Users


If the AMLHUB ID app is crashing or freezing on your device, try the following steps:

  • Restart your phone.

  • Check for app updates in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

  • Ensure your phone operating system is up to date:

       iPhone iOS 15 or higher (iPhone 8 or later).

        Android 10.0 or higher.

  • Clear app cache:

Android: Go to Settings > Apps > AMLHUB ID > Storage > Clear cache.

iPhone (iOS): iOS does not allow clearing the cache directly.

(Instead, delete the app and reinstall it.)

  • Reinstall the AMLHUB ID app.
