Audience: AMLHUB ID Mobile App Users
If the AMLHUB ID app is crashing or freezing on your device, try the following steps:
Restart your phone.
Check for app updates in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Ensure your phone operating system is up to date:
iPhone iOS 15 or higher (iPhone 8 or later).
Android 10.0 or higher.
Clear app cache:
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > AMLHUB ID > Storage > Clear cache.
iPhone (iOS): iOS does not allow clearing the cache directly.
(Instead, delete the app and reinstall it.)
Reinstall the AMLHUB ID app.
