Reopening a transaction can be done through the ‘Closed’ section of the CDD register.
Locate the transaction you would like to reopen by typing the name of the transaction into the ‘Search’ field.
Click on this "..." icon, found under the ‘Actions’ field to the right of the transaction.
Click ‘Reopen’.
A pop-up window will appear. Click ‘Reopen’.
The transaction will subsequently be moved to the ‘Verified’ section of the CDD register.
