Outsourcing through the AMLHUB
The AMLHUB now features an outsourcing button that makes it easy for you to outsource your CDD to our team of compliance experts.
How does it work?
After creating your transaction in the AMLHUB, add the contact details (email and mobile number) for at least one person. This can be done by adding an individual, or by inputting information in the notes field.
Select the Outsourcing Request Type dropdown and choose your preferred option.
Choose Full CDD if you want to fully outsource your transaction. We will complete the CDD for you in your AMLHUB, and first contact with your vendor is guaranteed within two hours.
Choose Review Deal if you'd like us to assess the CDD you have done in-house, prior to verification. We will advise you if anything is missing.
Press the Outsource button.
What happens next?
The person who has outsourced the transaction will receive a confirmation message acknowledging the outsource request.
Our compliance team will then action the outsource request, depending on the option you have chosen.
When the transaction has been reviewed / verified, the person who has outsourced the transaction will be notified.
I'm new to outsourcing; can I still use the outsource button?
Yes - all users of the AMLHUB can request to outsource a transaction to us.
If your reporting entity has never outsourced to us before, we will be in touch with more information about process and pricing. You will have the opportunity to review before we proceed with the outsource request.
What are the outsourcing options available to me?
We have a number of outsourcing options to make it easy to manage your CDD.
Good2Go CDD Outsourcing: outsource all transactions to us and we will review. If it is all correct and complete, we will verify it for you.
Hybrid CDD Outsourcing: you choose which transactions to outsource to us. We will complete the CDD for you in your AMLHUB. First contact with your individual is guaranteed within two hours, and we update you when the CDD is complete.
We also offer the following additional services:
Assurance: we check a portion of your CDD files at a cadence set by you (monthly, quarterly). We then provide a report on findings, including any possible remediation.
