Requirements for logging into the app
Ensure your personal organisation email address is set up in your AMLHUB platform as a user.
Ensure you can log in to the desktop platform via Single Sign On with your personal organisation email address and password.
Request the AMLHUB team to activate the AMLHUB ID app for your organisation.
Logging in via Single Sign On
The AMLHUB ID app requires all users to log in via Single Sign On, with either Microsoft or Google. This requires your personal organisation email address and password.
Your login email address cannot be an alias or a forwarding address (e.g. marketing@email.com).
If you are experiencing difficulties with your email and password, please talk to your organisation's I.T. team.
