This message indicates the user is attempting to use the old AMLHUB app, not AMLHUB ID app.

Please ensure AMLHUB ID is set up on the device by installing from the below links:

Easiest way to tell if AMLHUB ID is being used: the front page of the app includes the AMLHUB ID logo, and does not provide a username/password login option:
