The "summary view" of a deal in AMLHUB includes a few new indicators for individual records.

The icons represent, in order:

  • ID information collected

  • Proof of Address (POA) information collected

  • Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) check completed

AMLHUB ID mobile app data collection

When individuals are onboarded with the mobile app, the system automatically records when ID and POA information has been collected. When this happens, the PEP checks are run automatically since date-of-birth and residence country information is collected.

The icons below indicate that all three were collected:

The green ticks record that information was collected; additional validation is often required for verification:

  • identity documents must be checked to ensure the agent took a photo of a physical document, not a screen or a printout.

  • proof of address documents must be checked to ensure they meet your organisation's policies for POA acceptance.

Non-mobile data collection

When individuals are created in AMLHUB Web app, or are attached to a deal through integration with property data systems or other systems, no ID, POA or PEP information is available:

When information is collected via other means (notararised documents sent in, etc.) and manually added to the individuals record, the above indicators must be manually set:

This can only be completed by an authorised AML administrator. Note that manually uploading an ID or a POA document does not set these indicators.

The PEP indicator is fully automatic, based on results of the PEP checks that run when an individual record is updated with a date of birth and country of residence. No additional action is required to complete this.

Note that it is possible to have an individual record with a known DOB and country of residence (allowing the PEP check to complete) but for whom no ID or POA documents were collected:
